Services

Pro Desk provides AI receptionist services for inbound calls and setup and support for bot templates. Plan details, included minutes, overage rates and setup fees are shown at checkout and in your order.

Billing and cancellation

Plans are billed monthly and are month-to-month. You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Monthly fees are not refunded. Usage above included minutes is billed at your plan's overage rate.

Setup-fee guarantee

If your receptionist is not answering calls within 14 days of your completed intake form, or you cancel within the first 30 days, we refund your setup fee.

No results guarantee

We do not guarantee any number of calls, booked inspections, jobs or revenue.

Your responsibilities

You approve your receptionist's script and are responsible for how you use the service, including compliance with call-recording, consent and telemarketing laws. The service is for inbound calls only.

Third-party accounts

The 8 AI bots run in your own Grok Bot account on a plan you buy directly. JobNimbus features require your own JobNimbus subscription (API features need the Established plan). Those services are governed by their own terms.

AI bots are not professional advice

Tax and insurance bots organize information; they are not tax, legal, or insurance advice. Work with your CPA and agent. No bot output is professional advice of any kind.
