AI and call recording

Pro Desk receptionists are AI assistants. They identify themselves as AI at the start of every call and tell callers the call may be recorded. Recordings and transcripts are used to deliver lead summaries to the business you called and to improve call quality.

How we use it

To run trainings and send reminders, respond to you, provide and improve our services, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
