Will callers know it's an AI?
Yes. Every call opens with something like: “This is Natalie, an AI assistant for [your company]. This call may be recorded.” It never pretends to be human.
Can I keep my phone number?
Yes. Most roofers forward only missed or after-hours calls. You can also send every call, or port your number. Your call.
What happens on a storm or active-leak call?
It takes the storm and insurance-claim details, flags an active leak, and offers a transfer to your on-call number or the soonest inspection. It never gives insurance or coverage advice.
Will it quote prices?
No. It books the inspection. You close the job.
Does it make outbound calls?
No. Pro Desk is inbound only. Outbound AI calls need prior written consent under federal rules, so we don't offer them.
Does it work with JobNimbus?
